A cooldown stops people farming XP by spamming. 10s is a good balance; raise it to slow leveling down.

Earn XP for time spent in voice channels.

Role rewards
Grant a role when a member reaches a level.
Only keep the highest reward role
Replace earlier reward roles instead of stacking them all.
The Leveling bot needs Manage Roles, and its role must sit above the reward roles.
Global
1 = normal, 2 = double XP. Use booster multiplier to reward Nitro boosters.
Role multipliers
Extra XP for members with certain roles (the highest applies).
Channel multipliers
Boost or reduce XP in specific channels.
