Tickets
Support ticket panels, categories, question forms, transcripts and AI-assisted replies.
How it works
- Set your support roles and channels here on the Global tab.
- Build one or more panels on the Panels tab, each is a button members click to open a ticket.
- Hit Save changes, then use Post panel to drop the button into any channel.
Ticket system enabled
Master switch. When off, ticket buttons stop opening new tickets.
Transcript channel
Closed-ticket transcripts are posted here.
Log channel
Ticket opens, closes and assignments are logged here.
Auto-close after inactivity
Automatically close tickets with no activity for this long (0 = never).

Members with any of these roles can see and reply in every ticket.

Panels
Each panel is a message with a button members click to open a ticket. Create as many as you like.
