How to make a clean Discord announcement embed

Structure that works

Title: the headline, for example "Server Update - June 2026".
Description: 1 to 3 short sentences of context.
Fields: break details into "What", "When" and "Why".
Colour: use a consistent brand colour so members recognise announcements.
Image or footer: add a banner or a small footer with the date.
