How ban appeals are triggered and reviewed

Ban Appeals has no commands of its own. It rides on your bans and the web review page.

How it fires

Command	What it does
/ban user [reason]	When appeals are on, the banned member is DMed an appeal link before the ban lands.
A manual ban	Banning through Discord directly also sends the appeal DM automatically.

The private appeal DM with the reason and a link to your appeal form.

Appeals land on the web dashboard. Accept or reject in one click, with an optional note, and the member is told the outcome.

Tip. Design the questions banned members answer in the appeal form builder, then turn on optional auto-unban for accepted appeals.
