A full reference for the Tickets module. Every settings tab is shown exactly as it appears in the portal, with a plain-English explanation of what each option does.
Global
The Global settings.
How it works
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Ticket system enabled | Master switch. When off, ticket buttons stop opening new tickets. |
| Transcript channel | Closed-ticket transcripts are posted here. |
| Log channel | Ticket opens, closes and assignments are logged here. |
| Auto-close after inactivity | Automatically close tickets with no activity for this long (0 = never). |
Support roles
Members with any of these roles can see and reply in every ticket.

Each panel is a message with a button members click to open a ticket. Create as many as you like.
