How it works
SettingWhat it does
Ticket system enabledMaster switch. When off, ticket buttons stop opening new tickets.
Transcript channelClosed-ticket transcripts are posted here.
Log channelTicket opens, closes and assignments are logged here.
Auto-close after inactivityAutomatically close tickets with no activity for this long (0 = never).
Support roles

Members with any of these roles can see and reply in every ticket.
