How to Steal Stickers From Another Server Without Nitro

Just like emojis, a sticker is free inside the server it lives on. Nitro only lets you use it elsewhere. So instead of paying to borrow another server’s sticker, steal a copy into your own server and let everyone there send it free.

How sticker stealing beats Nitro

Any custom sticker can be sent for free by members of the server it belongs to. Nitro’s only sticker perk is using a server’s stickers in other servers. So rather than renting that access, you copy the sticker itself out of the other server and into yours. Once it’s there, the whole server can send it for free.

You need the Manage Expressions permission in the destination server. Stickers have their own slots, separate from emojis (5 free per server, rising with Boost levels), and you don’t need to be in the server you’re taking the sticker from.

Step 1: Grab the sticker’s ID

Right-click the sticker in a message and choose Copy Link (desktop), or tap and hold it on mobile. You’ll see a URL like:

The number is the sticker ID.

Step 2: Steal it into your server

Run:

/stealsticker-no-nitro id:<the number> name:<yourname>

Sticker names can be 2 to 30 characters. The bot copies that sticker from the other server straight into yours, and from then on anyone in your server can send it, no Nitro.

Sticker already posted in your server?

If someone has just sent the sticker in your server, /stealsticker grabs it directly from the message without needing the ID at all. The -no-nitro version is for stealing one you only have the ID or link for.

Can free users send the stolen sticker afterward?

Yes. Once a sticker is uploaded to a server, every member can send it in that server for free, with or without Nitro.

How many stickers can a server hold?

Five free sticker slots at Boost level 0, increasing to 15, 30 and 60 as the server reaches Boost levels 1, 2 and 3.

Why can’t I just use the other server’s sticker directly?

Sending a server’s sticker in a different server is the one thing Nitro gates. Stealing a copy into your own server sidesteps that completely.

What sizes are allowed?

Discord stickers are 320×320 and under 512 KB. The bot handles the conversion when it uploads, so you don’t have to resize anything yourself.
