Every leveling command and what it shows

Members check their progress, admins tune the system, all from a handful of commands.

The commands

Command	What it does
/rank [user]	Show a member's rank card: level, rank and an XP progress bar.
/level [user]	Identical to /rank.
/leaderboard	The top 10 XP earners, linked to the full public web leaderboard.
/givexp user amount	Grant XP to a member (may trigger a level-up). Needs Manage Server.
/setup	Open the dashboard to design XP rates, role rewards, multipliers and the rank card. Needs Manage Server.

The level-up message you can fully customise.
