Tickets create private channels, so they lean on channel permissions more than most modules.

| "You already have 3 open tickets" | That member has hit the per-panel limit. They close one first, or you raise the limit on the dashboard. |
| The panel or transcript does not post | Give the bot View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links and Attach Files in the panel and transcript channels. |
