Set up and deploy

/panelPost your first configured panel into the current channel. Needs Manage Server.

Work a ticket

Run these inside a ticket channel.

CommandWhat it does
/close [reason]Close the ticket and generate a transcript.
/assign agentAssign the ticket to a staff member.
/priority low|normal|high|urgentChange the ticket priority.

Customers and reporting

CommandWhat it does
/customer userA customer profile: first seen, total tickets, resolved count and recent notes.
/note user contentAdd a private staff note to a customer's profile.
/statsTicket totals: open, closed, panels and active panels. Needs Manage Channels.
